What is SDG?

Soli Deo Gloria is the official name of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. However, SDG legally does business as “New Hearts Outreach.”

Why "Soli Deo Gloria"?

As a former musical artist himself, our founder Mark Culligan was inspired by the composer Johann Sebastian Bach, who signed the initials “SDG” on his musical pieces as a symbol that he dedicated his song to God’s glory. "SDG" is an abbreviation of "Soli Deo Gloria," which is Latin for "To God alone be the glory."
